Supt. Victor C. Davis Sr.

Victor Davis Carl Davis, Sr. , the seventh child of the late Walter Riley and Myrtle Mae Davis was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rev. Davis attended Milwaukee Public Schools, graduated from Custer High School, received a scholarship to attend Macalester College in Minnesota. He later attended the University Biblical College in Bethany, Oklahoma.
Nurtured in a loving home with strong family values and a solid Christian foundation, deepened his Love for the church and strengthened his willingness to serve in any capacity. In 1986, his father's health began to deteriorate. During those times, Rev. Davis would spend quality one-on-one time with his father engaging in intimate conversations, while receiving spirit-led directions for the ministry. As the mantle was being passed from father to son, his father wanted the church to be "greater." In 1988, the church was renamed "Greater" Mount Sinai Church of God in Christ. In that same year, Rev. Davis received his Pastoral appointment.
Rev. Davis is filled with an abundance on unselfish acts of generosity, giving out of personal sacrifices time and time again. Rev. Davis has relinquished personal property and belongings to witness the visions of his parents unfold. Rev. Davis is a devoted husband to First Lady Vannessa L. Davis, father of two daughters, Donnetta Marie and Shaunae LaToya; one son, Victor Carl, Jr., three grandchildren, Bliss, Curtis, and Sameer. Rev. Davis is a true example of integrity and an encouragement to all who know him.

Elder William Branch is a devoted man of God whose life and ministry reflect a sincere commitment to serving the Lord and His people. With a heart for ministry and a passion for the Word of God, Elder Branch faithfully serves with humility, wisdom, and dedication.
As an Elder, he understands the responsibility of spiritual leadership and strives to be an example of Christian character, integrity, and faithfulness. Whether sharing the Word of God, offering encouragement and prayer, supporting the vision of the ministry, or simply being available to those in need, Elder Branch believes that every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to glorify God.
Known for his steady and dependable spirit, Elder Branch has a genuine love for people and desires to see individuals and families strengthened in their relationship with Christ. His ministry is grounded in prayer, service, and a willingness to go wherever God leads.
Elder Branch continues to serve with the understanding that ministry is not about position or recognition, but about making an impact for the Kingdom of God. His desire is to remain faithful to his calling, support the work of the church, and encourage others to live lives that honor Christ.
His life of service is reflected in 1 Corinthians 15:58: “Be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.”

Rodney Owens is a faithful servant of the Lord who has a genuine heart for ministry, service, and the people of God. He believes that true ministry is demonstrated not only through words, but through a willingness to serve, support, and be available wherever God has placed him.
With a quiet strength and a dependable spirit, Rodney is committed to helping advance the work of ministry both inside and outside the church. He understands the importance of working behind the scenes, supporting leadership, encouraging others, and doing his part to ensure that the needs of God’s house and His people are met.
Rodney’s love for God is reflected in his dedication to serving others. He strives to be a man of faith, integrity, and compassion, allowing his actions to demonstrate the love of Christ. His desire is not for recognition, but to remain faithful to the assignment God has given him and to make a positive difference in the lives of those around him.
Guided by Colossians 3:23, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men,” Rodney continues to serve with humility, commitment, and a heart that desires to honor God in all that he does
Elder Jerome Johnson

Elder Jerome Moody Johnson is the embodiment of a strong prayer life, Gods power and a heart for the people of God. Reared in a loving home with prayer at the apex, Jerome learned the value and the power of prayer early. The eldest child of Elder Eric and Sister Sonya Moody, Jerome was set apart for the master’s use. He was taught at a young age that “prayer changes things”. Late one night after struggling within himself to find his way, it was prayer that would change things for him again. By the help of the Lord and the prayers of his lifelong pastor, Superintendent Victor C. Davis Sr, he was able to find his way back to the place that God had preordained him to be.
As God continues to manifest himself in the life of Elder Johnson he continues to share the love of God with his family. Elder Johnson is the devoted and loving husband of Lady Ashley Johnson for 11 years and he is godly proud to be the father of Jeremiah and baby Aubrey Johnson. Elder Johnson truly has” come this far by faith”.

Elder Thaddeus J. Hannah

Elder Thaddeus J. Hannah is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management. With a passion for leadership, service, and helping others succeed, Elder Hannah has developed a reputation for being results-driven while maintaining high standards of excellence, integrity, and service to others.
Throughout his years of ministry and service, Elder Hannah has been afforded the opportunity to serve in numerous leadership capacities. He has served as Secretary of the Wisconsin Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Elders Council, Jurisdictional Youth Department President, Local Youth Department President, and as a member of the Greater Mt. Sinai Board of Trustees, in addition to serving in financial and administrative leadership capacities.
At the heart of his leadership philosophy is a commitment to servant leadership. Elder Hannah believes that leadership is not simply about holding a title, but about being willing to serve wherever there is a need. Whether in ministry, his professional career, or the community, he strives to lead with compassion, accountability, excellence, and a genuine concern for people.
Beyond his professional and ministerial responsibilities, Elder Hannah has remained committed to giving back to the community. His dedication to service has afforded him opportunities to volunteer throughout the Milwaukee community and has resulted in recognition from the City of Milwaukee for his contributions and service.
Despite a demanding schedule and numerous responsibilities, Elder Hannah continues to make time for the things that matter most to him. Elder Vincent L. Mack Jr. is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a heart for ministry, leadership, and serving the next generation. He received his primary and secondary education through Milwaukee Public Schools. Following high school, he continued his educational journey at Concordia University, where he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
In 2014, Elder Mack answered the call of God upon his life to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With a passion for reaching a generation in need of hope, direction, and spiritual guidance, he committed himself to sharing the Word of God and helping others discover their purpose in Christ.
Elder Mack currently serves as an Associate Pastor at Greater Mt. Sinai Church of God in Christ, where he provides leadership and oversight to the Youth Department. In this capacity, he is passionate about cultivating spiritual growth, strengthening Christian character, and creating opportunities for young people to develop their God-given gifts and become confident leaders in both the church and their communities.
His passion for youth ministry extends far beyond programs and church services. Elder Mack believes strongly in mentorship, discipleship, and relationship-building. He has a genuine desire to meet young people where they are, provide biblical guidance, and create an environment where they feel seen, supported, encouraged, and empowered to become everything God has called them to be.
Elder Mack strives to lead by example, understanding that effective ministry is not only demonstrated through preaching and teaching, but also through service, consistency, compassion, and a life that reflects the message of Jesus Christ. Associate Pastor
Evangelist Shanel D. Vrontez is an author, educator, community leader, and faith-based speaker with over 30 years of ministry experience. She is the Founder and CEO of YLEAD, LLC, a youth leadership development agency committed to empowering young leaders to create change in their communities. Her professional background includes serving as Community Engagement Manager for 414LIFE, a violence interruption initiative of the City of Milwaukee’s Office of Violence Prevention, and previously serving as Co-Director of NOVA High School.
In ministry, she is an active member of Greater Mt. Sinai Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Superintendent Victor C. Davis, Sr., where she has served in multiple leadership roles including evangelist, Youth Pastor, District Youth President of the Brotherly Love District, former Jurisdictional Chairlady of the Minnesota Jurisdiction (1999–2007), Overseer of the GMS Youth Department, and currently Chief of Staff of the IYD Midwest–North Central Region.As an author and speaker, Evangelist Vrontez focuses on faith, leadership, healing, identity, and generational legacy, equipping individuals and communities to walk in purpose, restoration, and transformation.
Rugenia Davis

Rugenia Davis is a devoted servant of the Lord with a genuine heart for God’s people and a passion for serving wherever there is a need. Her life and ministry are rooted in compassion, prayer, encouragement, and a sincere desire to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ not only through words, but through her actions.
Throughout her Christian journey, Rugenia has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of serving others with humility, kindness, and consistency. She believes that ministry is not defined solely by a title or position, but by a willing heart and a readiness to be used by God. Her quiet strength, caring spirit, and willingness to help others have allowed her to be a source of encouragement to many.
Rugenia has a special heart for visiting the sick and shut-in. She understands that seasons of illness, loss, and difficulty can often leave individuals feeling discouraged or alone, and she considers it a privilege to offer words of encouragement, prayer, and a comforting presence. Whether through a visit, a phone call, a prayer, or simply taking the time to listen, she seeks to remind others that they are loved, remembered, and never forgotten by God.
Her compassion for others reflects her belief that some of the greatest opportunities for ministry happen beyond the walls of the church.
